Mayday, Mayday!
I just discovered this 40-second clip and couldn't help but share it—first, because it's hilarious; and second, because I wonder if it doesn't hit a little too close to home for some of us. Are Christians—both individually and corporately—really responding to people's cries for help, or do we only respond when people speak exactly the same way we do—namely, in Christianese?

Whatever do you mean? Through the sacrifice of Christ we are are blessed and covered by His blood. We are restored, righteousness being conferred upon us by the Father through regeneration. Sanctification through repentence and surrender is our goal. And by transubstaciation, if you so believe, we are blessed communionally and relationally, and joined with the omnipresent, omnicient Godhead.
Hey, clear as mud, huh? Lord, teach us to keep it simple! "Jesus loves you!"
